Junior Certificate arrangements 2023

RE: Junior Cycle State Examinations 

Dear Parents / Guardians,  

Please find below details of the Junior Cycle Examinations for your son / daughter. The students will be collected by their bus on the mornings that they have exams. Unfortunately, Bus Éireann have not sanctioned early collections on exam days. If you cannot collect your child after an early exam they will have to wait until the 6^th Year collection that evening.  

Wednesday June 7^th: English Exam 9am – 11.30 (Students will be collected by the school bus that morning but the bus will not be leaving school to return home until 4pm) 

Friday June 9^th: History Exam 9am – 11.30 (Students will be collected by the school bus that morning but the bus will not be leaving school to return home until 3.30pm) 

Wednesday June 14^th: Home -Economics Exam 9am – 11 (Students will be collected by the school bus that morning and the bus will take them home again at 12.)                  

Please inform your child’s escort if he / she will be collected on exam days or if they are allowed to make their own way home. If they are staying in school to get the late bus, please ensure that they have lunch with them.
